The United States Curling Association is hosting a public town hall at the Madison Curling Club Wednesday night August 4th at 6:00 pm to discuss its High Performance Plan for the 2011-14 Olympic quadrennial. Please see the attached letter for more information.
The spring member and director meetings of the WSCA will begin at 9:30 AM on Saturday May 8 at the Poynette Curling Club. The agenda, to include election of officers, is posted here.
The Madison team of Lori Karst, Dave Carlson, Angie Montgomery, and Dan Wiza defeated the Wausau team of Lucas Ostrowski, Sarah Sandquist, Matt Sandquist, and Melissa Sandquist in two straight at the Wisconsin Mixed Championship February 6 at the Marshfield Curling Club. Team Karst will represent Wisconsin at the Mixed Nationals in Chicago March 20-27.
Eleven men's teams and four women's teams representing their clubs will gather at Stevens Point and Tri-City Curling Clubs January 14-17 to contest the Wisconsin Club Championship. The winning rinks advance to the National Club Championship in Madison February 20-27. Rosters and draw schedule are attached. Read more for standings and results.
